As you can see, this blog has been left abandoned for over four years. I started it because I wanted another outlet where I can blog about and analyze media in a public format that wasn't my private Livejournal. Then new avenues like Tumblr came along and, well, I found a new soapbox to stand upon.
While I can't say that I've exhausted Tumblr, I came to the realization that I wanted a place that was less about posting my stream my thoughts in a random, incoherent fashion and more about putting things together in a nicer format. And then I remembered this place. A light bulb flashed on in my head!
So, here I am four years later, ready to blog to my little heart's content. I credit both Mary and Crystal for reminding me that this blog still exists. You are lifesavers.
